Questions we hear before an order
Do you supply the chassis?
We can build on a chassis you send, or quote a chassis we source and name on the sheet. The website does not lock you to one brand.
Are the published sizes final?
No. They are layout references. The signed confirmation sheet is the size we build.
Can the body ship as CKD?
Yes. Say so in the inquiry. The crate list and assembly sequence are part of that quotation.
Will you claim a certificate we did not ask for?
No. Certificates are attached only when they belong to the parts fitted and are valid for that shipment.
How do we get a price?
Use the quote form with destination, quantity and the family. We reply by email.
Can the text on this site be replaced with our approved copy?
Yes. Product names, paragraphs and contact details live in the language packs and can be edited without changing the layout.
